All content and information provided through Hybriday is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions related to your health, fitness, or medical condition.

When you submit your email address on hybriday.com, we collect your email address, the date and time of your submission, and basic technical data logged automatically by our hosting provider — standard server logging, not active tracking.

We collect nothing else. No name, no phone number, nothing beyond your email.

Purpose: to notify you when Hybriday launches, and to send you product updates and relevant communications afterwards.

Legal basis: your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). By submitting your email address, you agree to receive communications from Hybriday.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at contact@hybriday.com or clicking unsubscribe in any email we send you.

Your email is stored by our email platform provider. They act as a data processor on our behalf and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Our hosting provider is Cloudflare, Inc. Standard server logs may temporarily contain your IP address.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any other third party.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until Hybriday does not launch, in which case we delete all collected emails. When you request deletion, we will action it and confirm by email.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request corrections, ask us to delete your data, receive your data in a portable format, withdraw your consent at any time, and object to how we process your data.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@hybriday.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
